ModularModular Studies

Modules
Our training consists of a series of modular, user-friendly, study programs; that focus on student-centered learning. The content is easy to understand and simple to use.
Self Contained
Each module is a stand-alone study resource. The modules contain all the required learning material. You don't need additional information to complete our courses, although additional reading is encouraged. Our modules are not guides; they are the teachings that are required.
Self Study
Students can study independently. On completion of each module, students demonstrate their understanding of the subject through testing: first-year students write exams, and subsequent years students submit assignments.

Bachelors Programs
Our programs are designed to be completed in three years; each year is a course, divided into modules, which are also courses. Each year has a theme and is certified. An example is our Bachelor in Ministry which is divided into:
First Year: Certificate in Ministry, which consists of 7 modules.
Second Year: Associate Degree in Ministry, which consists of 6 modules.
Third Year: Bachelors in Ministry, which consists of 8 Modules.

Campuses
Distance Learning Campuses
You can study wherever you are. Students have two options of study through distance learning:

1. Our Online Campus: All interactions, including enrolment, access to modules, and payments via electronic media. There is minimum human interaction.
2. Our Distance Learning Campus: For students who want to study from home and still have human interaction. Most communication is via email, with some telephonic support.

Physical Campuses
Students attend in person, at set times and dates. The campus experience enriches your learning, through interactions with fellow students and faculty. There are group discussions, which are designed to help you mature spiritually. Students are required to study in their own time. We do not have lecturers or teachers, as our modules contain all the teachings, instead, we have facilitators, who are trained to present our teachings systematically. A facilitator guides and assists students in learning for themselves – developing their thoughts through self-exploration and dialogue.

Classroom Format
The facilitator teaches and then the class breaks into discussion groups; they discuss what was shared. The group leaders report back to the class. The leadership of each group is changed after each discussion report back so that each student gets multiple chances to lead.
