There is a legal/contractual requirement to keep records and data relating to fee payment, registration, etc for six years after the student has completed or withdrawn from the module or programme.

Student support services (6 years from completion of transaction)

There are cases where it is necessary to keep records of student support for 6 years to inform ongoing contact with students. This includes disability support, study issues advice, research student support, and course choice.

Operational records (up to 3 years from completion of activity)

Data relating to the student as a user of student support services or day to day administration e.g: student course submissions, exam and test or support submissions, and enquiries. Where these records are kept on a central electronic system, they will be retained for 3 years.

Service Providers

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analysing how our Service is used.

These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

2.1     RWBC has taken every effort to ensure the privacy of the User of the website. RWBC collects the following information from the User/s:

2.1.1 The Internet Protocol (IP) address from which you access the website; and

2.1.2 The date and time our site is accessed, for the purpose of monitoring frequent use of the website.

2.2     The User acknowledges that the information collected by RWBC as stated in 2.1 does not identify the User personally.

2.3     The information collected according to 2.1 is used solely for internal statistical purposes and assists RWBC in making our website more useful for our Visitors.
